Euler Hermes: competition is getting more and more intensive for retailers
Growth in domestic retail trade is further intensifying. In addition to food, Hungarians spend more and more on other consumer goods.
However, the increasing cycle of retail sales is approaching to its end, the rise in consumption that lasts for six years now expected to reach its projected peak of 4.5 percent this year. Along with the current dynamic growth, we must also prepare for a recession – warns Euler Hermes Credit Insurer’s latest industry report.
