Edeka puts vegan product range on the market
German retailer Edeka added a vegan product selection to its ‘vehappy’ brand in April. Seven plant-based dairy alternatives were launched first (oat, almond and soy milk and soygurt). Later the retailer plans to offer vegan meat patties, sausages and minced meat substitutes too. The oat, soy and almond used in vehappy products is sourced in Europe and processed without additives.
