Vegan scrambled eggs at 30,000 feet
On 5 October American Airlines expanded its in-flight menu with a new vegan breakfast option: Just Egg plant-based scrambled eggs with hash browns, vegan cheese, spinach, corn and California peppers. The dish is first available in premium economy class on morning flights between Los Angeles and New York, as part of a menu developed in collaboration with Eat Just.
