Taco Bell tests a vegetarian menu
Taco Bell is testing a vegetarian menu that combines the chain’s old and new vegetarian offerings. With this step Taco Bell is trying to reach out to younger consumers who are more attracted to going meat-free. About 5 percent of the USA’s population say they are vegetarian, and sales of vegetable-based meat substitutes jumped 30 percent in 2017.
