Protected pálinka

The Hungarian government does everything they can for Hungarian pálinka, and the results include the public body National Pálinka Council, pálinka becoming a Hungaricum product and having a protected designation of origin in the European Union – told András Tállai, secretary of state in the Ministry for National Economy at a trade event in Mezőkövesd.
