Custmer robot at EuroShop
On the second day of the tradeshow, on the first workday, 2200 exhibitors have offered their products to a great number of visitors at Messe Düsseldorf.
“Perhaps the most striking experience of the day was the so-called working robot whicj is already part of the everyday lifestyle in Sanghai, for example. The robot acts like a guide, leading the customer to the desired product, while showing random, relevant information on its screen – Judit Molnár, CEO of Win-Store Media Ltd. pointed out.
Consumers go everywhere and can do just about everything on their smartphones, and shopping is no exception. According to the new Connected Intelligence Shopping on Smartphones report from The NPD Group, nearly 75 percent of smartphone owners are using their device as part of their overall shopping experience.
