An economic growth of around 4 percent is expected in the next one to one and a half years – Finance Minister Varga Mihály said at the Business Forum of the American Chamber of Commerce of Hungary (AmCham) on Friday in Budapest.
He said that in the next one to one and a half years, the economic growth is expected to be roughly unchanged compared to now, and the Hungarian economy will be able to bring its performance of this year in the next year as well, ie it is expected to grow by around 4 percent. He added that the Cabinet could be more optimistic, because in the first three months of this year Hungary’s economy grew by 4.4 percent. (MTI)
