Bad habits need to be changed
Pápai Hús ZRt. found a new general director in February, Dr. Tibor Lóránth. During his career, he had practised as a vet, worked as head of sales in Bábolna Takarmányipari Kft. and also as director of Böllér Kft. which has allowed him to become familiar with the whole supply chain in the food business. He has always had the task of working out new systems in the past, whereas he is now required to operate an existing system in a cost effective way. His objective is to make the company profitable and save as many jobs as possible. He believes that the key to success is better organisation, efficiency and loyalty to the company. He was surprised to see how much unused potential there is in employees.
