Changes will affect the food economy
The government investigates the possible elimination of 73 state institutions to reduce bureaucracy. Those background institutions and research institutes, which will cease to exist will be attached to the ministries – Lázár János announced on Thursday’s Government Info. According to submissions acquire by Vs.hu several agribusiness organizations are concerned in the matter.
The government ordered the review of the background institutions before Christmas. Changes are expected with regard to the status of the institutions and to the organizational structure. The Prime Minister’s Office should examine the operation of the central agencies until 15 April and has to make a summary report with recommendations for the necessary modifications.
