A crisis task work group was set up at the Seed Association
The Coronavirus Task Work Group was set up by the Seed Association Interprofessional Organization and Product Board. The purpose of this measure is to collect and transfer as much information as possible from the strategic sector to the Ministry of Agriculture for the purpose of seed supply and transportation.
Takács Géza, president of the Seed Association’s Interprofessional Organization and Product Council, said that the past few weeks have put economic players in unprecedented obstacles. The seed sector, considered to be the first step in the food chain. Its smooth functioning will be a key task for the coming period. (MTI)
