Valentine’s Day dinner without strawberries
Responsible Gastro Hero Foundation promoted sustainable eating with a funny Valentine’s Day themed campaign: in February they launched a dating service for seasonal cooking ingredients, where fruit and vegetables that go well together could meet. Nearly half of our personal ecological footprints come from the food we eat, and we can reduce this by eating food cooked from local and seasonal ingredients – for instance on Valentine’s Day. //
