The Michelin star of a popular British restaurant is in danger due to divorce
An award-winning restaurant praised for 'cuisine of great finesse' could lose it's coveted Michelin star, as part of the fallout of divorce proceedings between the couple who run the popular venue.
Chef Steve Drake has agreed to hand over ownership of Drake's, in Ripley, Surrey, to his wife of 16 years, Serina, as part of their settlement.
Meanwhile, the 43-year-old chef will take full control of the couple's other business, The Anchor, also located in Ripley. (Pietsch Judit, MTI)
