Men have better salary than women at all age of groups

In Hungary, men and those people have the highest salaries, who are facing with retirement. The average income for men in all age of groups is higher, than the salary of women – shows the Merces online payment survey of Workania job portal.

The smallest, 8 percent difference can be observed at school-leavers – in this age group, the income of men is an average 163 900 HUF, while the salary of women is only 150 thousand.
The largest wage advantage is at the 35-44 year olds in favor of men: In this group, the average wages of men (250 400 HUF) is more than 34 percent higher than the average wages of women (186 600 HUF) – reports mfor.hu.
