Game, stew and wine festival in Zalaegerszeg

The three day long Game Stew and Wine Festival in Zalaegerszeg begins on 2 September with the parade of foresters and hunters.

In Zalaegerszeg all the ingredients are available to be the capital of venison gastronomy: Zala county is one of the country's most forested region, the third of its area is very rich in wildlife forests. Hunting activities are taking place on about 314 thousand hectares, at 52 hunting areas – Balaicz Zoltán, Mayor of Zalaegerszeg told MTI. (MTI)
