The 6th Craft Hungarian Flavours Fair opened its gates
The 6th Craft Hungarian Flavours Fair opened its doors with the performance of the Vadászkürt band. The event held on Saturday and Sunday focuses on game and fish dishes.
The organizers created a unique outdoor market , with the participation of 30 producers, where in addition to meat products venison and fish specialties can also be purchased.
The exhibitors prepared with a variety of specialties to the events. Real gourmets can enjoy smoked trout pâté, bear salami and venison sausages, smoked venison hams, aged charcoal cow cheeses, as well as birch sugar ice creams, chocolates, syrups and jams as well.
