Magazine: Fuel cards: Help in the palm of your hand
The fuel cards of filling station chains are very popular. Why? Because the service offers tailor-made advantages, lower costs, transparency, safety and cashless payment.
MOL cards can be personalised, they faciltitate buying many products and services, they serve as a safe payment solution and with their help the fuel costs of businesses can be optimised – we learned from card management manager Károly Mosolygó. MOL Group cards can be used in the EU to reclaim the VAT and excise duty in foreign countries.
Zoárd Baranyai, card business country manager of OMV Hungária Kft. talked to our magazine about their fuel card services: to smaller fleets with maximum 9 vehicles they recommend OMV Station Card Plus – this can be used to purchase fuel in Hungary; businesses that operate fleets of 10 or more vehicles can choose the OMV ROUTEX fuel card for both passenger and commercial vehicles – these can also be used abroad, at more than 20,000 filling stations in 32 countries.
The Shell Card is an ideal solutionfor small, medium-sized and large fleets alike. They are accepted at moe than 25,000 filling stations in 30 Euroepan countries; in 25 countries they can also be used for road toll payment – marketing manager Zsolt Volyánszki told our magazine. Card-related services include the reclaiming of the VAT and excise duty in foreign countries, while one of the new services is fleet identification. Hungarian Shell Card holders can now buy liquid natural gas (LNG) in Western Europe. //
