USA: More and more optimistic consumers
In December, the American consumers' confidence in the economy increased again, the improvement is mainly due to the long-term prospects in the labor market.
The Conference Board's consumer confidence index increased from the 50.6 points of November to 52.9 points of December, surpassing the Thomson Reuters analysts expectations of 52 points.
