Unilever donation on the World Nutrition Day
Unilever contributed to the action of the Hungarian Donation Convoy of the Food Bank Association with 2,500 cartons of food products in a value of more than 2.7 million HUF on , 16 October on the World Nutrition Day. This year, the company has donated items in a value of 43 million HUF to the people in need.
Unilever has put its sustainability efforts on new baic in 2010. The company summarized its precise, time-bound commitments in the company’s Sustainability Plan. The objectives go beyond the issue of environmental protection and cover the improvement of health and well-being and livelihood of the people. In addition to the company's social marketing campaigns this year, nearly 31 thousand cartons of products were donated by the company to various civil society organizations.
