Nielsen: food and household retail grew again
After two years of decline, the food and household retail sales increased again in Hungary; During the first quarter of this year, the stores sold 1.6 percent more goods than in last January-March.
At the same time, turnover increased in value by 3.5 percent, which is one of the most significant improvement in Europe. The average consumer price of food products, household chemicals and cosmetics increaesd by 1.9 percent – the “Growthreporter”, European quarterly analysis of the Nielsen consumer information and knowledge services company determines.
