Looking for the best young manager

The Academy of Young Managers announced the Young Manager of the Year competition this year as well. Annamária Tóth, the head of the academy’s operator, the Coaching Team, told our magazine that with the contest they would like to call attention to the excellent work done by many talented young managers who work for multinational companies, SMEs and non-profit organisations. Those managers can enter the competition – until the end of October – who are younger than 40 years, have at least 1 year of leadership experience and lead a team of 5 or more people.
