New Preservation Technology
The shelf life of vegetables and fruits can be extended by drying in the simplest way, but many valuable nutrients can be damaged during this process. However, under high pressure, carbon-dried products retain their color and shape, so they look natural and fresh. The process itself is like air drying, except that the desiccant consists of carbon dioxide under pressure. Drying takes place at relatively low temperatures and in an oxygen-free environment, so vitamins, colorants and proteins are not damaged.
Revolutionary packaging
The secret of another innovation lies in the packaging. The Joseph Company International has developed its self-cooled aluminum box after twenty-five years of work. By turning the activation cap at the bottom of the box the cooling gases are removed in 75-90 seconds. (agrarszektor.hu)
