Extreme Digital is completely owned by Hungarians again
Hungarian shareholders have repurchased the majority stake in Extreme Digital from Steinhoff International. Changes in the ownership structure do not affect the operations of the company, Hungary’s leading online retailer continues to expand in the region and expects double-digit growth this year.
The repurchase of Extreme Digital’s 50.4 percent stake was approved by the Economic and Competition Authority (GVH), the necessary financial transactions have been completed, so Várkonyi Balázs and Balázs the founders of the company are again the sole owners of the company.
