New changes in the Hungarian Food Book
The expected tightening of the Hungarian Food Book has brought the expected results, so this year’s product ranges are expected to be revised.
According to the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih), changes are also on the agenda for dairy products, quick-frozen foods and mill products. However, inspection has shown that abuses are rare, and manufacturers use protected names only if their products meet stringent requirements – origo wrote after Magyar Nemzet. (origo, Magyar Nemzet)
