Another celebrity chefs in the Jury of the finals of Bocuse d'Or Selection Hungary
The new year started with sensational news for the Bocuse d'Or Selection Hungary. Two prominent experts accepted the invitation and will took part in the jury of the competition, that will be held between 21st and 22nd of February, in the scope of Foodape
Charles TJESSEM Norwegian chef and restaurant owner is the winner of the 2003 Bocuse d'Or competition. Started his career in the Grand Hotel of Stockholm as a cook, then worked in the Hilton and Towers in Atlanta. After military service he worked in the De Fem Stuer in Oslo, between 1993 and 1995, and at the world-famous Restaurant Bagatelle. He is the director of the Culinary Institute of Norway since 1999 and the Consultant of the Statoil Food and Beverage since 2002.
Joseph VIOLA is a 43 year-old French chef and recognized expert in gastronomy. Since 2004, he is one of the title holders of the "Best Chef of France" title. The Vice President of Toques Blanches Lyonnaise, and member of Master Chefs of France. Also the owner of the Daniel and Denise restaurant, an "authentic Lyons' pub”, which was awarded with the" Bib Gourmand Michelin". Also a committee member of organizing, at the Bocuse d'Or Lyon.
