A new Austrian supermarket in Transdanubia
After the opening of the Sopron mall two years ago, in March 2010 Austrian majority-owned Alphapark will open its second unit in Keszthely – stated the investor’s (the APK Ltd.) project manager.
The mall’s usable area is 15 thousand square meters. The OBI DIY store occupies the largest area, with 6 thousand square meters. The first unit of Alphapark opened in late 2007, in Sopron. The next stage of the expansion plans was in Keszthely. It was chosen, because winter tourism is significant in the region, due to the proximity of Hévíz. The project’s net investment was 2.2 billion HUF – reports MTI.
