Another online travel agency can sell Ryanair tickets
Ryanair, one of Europe’s leading low-cost airlines, has entered into a partnership with eSky, one of the leading online travel agencies in Central and Eastern Europe. According to this, eSky will be able to sell flight tickets and additional services for Ryanair flights. This cooperation is based on the decision in December, when several international online flight ticket intermediary portals stopped selling Ryanair flights under pressure from Ryanair.
Ryanair claimed at the time that these intermediaries charged passengers with various additional costs without the airline’s consent. Since then, Ryanair has entered into separate agreements with a number of online booking sites and eSky is now their sixth partner, joining loveholidays, Kiwi, TUI, On the Beach and El Corte Inglés.
The aim of the airline is to show that it can cooperate with online flight booking sites without scamming or charging customers with hidden surcharges. eSky customers can now buy tickets for the airline’s flights at the price advertised by Ryanair, without surcharge, and can also use additional services.
