Another international logistics company has moved to the popular logistics park in Maglód
At the end of the summer, one of the leading transport companies in the airport sector opened a new 5,000 m2 site in Maglód’s constantly expanding logistics park, which currently has a warehouse area of almost 100,000 m2. The long-term lease agreement concluded by HGL Group Hungary and HelloParks also enables future expansion for the company in the HelloParks Maglód megapark.
The development, which has won several prestigious awards and is located next to Liszt Ferenc International Airport, has recently become increasingly popular among market-leading companies operating in air freight. The region’s largest independent aviation maintenance company, Aeroplex Közép-Európai Kft., for example, previously leased nearly 8,000 square meters of warehouse and office space in the same location. With this year’s transactions, 90 percent of the megapark’s two completed halls have already found tenants.
The HelloParks Maglód megapark also boasts two country-leading halls: MG1, which housed the HGL Group, was the first industrial property in Hungary to achieve the BREEAM New Construction Excellent rating, while MG3, which was completed in the second phase, was also the first to achieve the Outstanding level. he deserved it. The facilities support tenants’ daily operations with sustainable and green solutions. Among other things, efficiency is provided by the solar panels placed on the roof – thanks to which the primary energy consumption of the offices can be zero – as well as the mobile application developed by HelloParks. Even the precipitation that falls on the roof is used, it is collected in a separate container for irrigation purposes. Smart ready lights will be lit in the common areas, and electric car chargers will be available in the parking lot of the warehouses. In addition to state-of-the-art technology, the developer, which is also the operator of the facilities, provides its constantly developing partners with flexible design solutions tailored to special needs and in accordance with all current regulations, as well as a favorable set of conditions.
