Another cartel case in the German food industry
The German Cartel Office is investigating on the sausages market this time after the investigations on the chocolate and potato market – the Süddeutsche Zeitung wrote.
About two dozens of German companies are suspected with matching their prices – the Der Spiegel wrote. The authority carried out investigations at 19 sausage production firms even in 2009 to find evidence of illegal price agreement. Currently, two dozens of companies are suspected.
