Billa Czechia Announces Added Benefits For Loyal Customers
Billa Czechia has rolled out new benefits and opportunities to collect and use points as part its new loyalty club feature.
Billa club members will have access to a greater selection of discounts and rewards for purchases, cheaper product prices and offers from partner companies.
The extended validity of collected points is also new, the company added.
‘Attract New Customers’
“The new era of Billa represents a sophisticated and more customer-oriented assortment in an attractive environment of modern store design, as well as simple and understandable communication towards customers,” said Liam Casey, CEO of Billa ČR.
“In this spirit, customers will also encounter the new look of the Billa club. We believe that the improved club will be appreciated by its existing members and at the same time will attract new customers.”
Extra Benefits
Members of the Billa club will have several options for collecting loyalty points on their account.
It still applies that the customer receives one point for every CZK 50 (€1.97) purchase made in the store or on the e-shop.
In addition, Billa has added a number of other options for earning loyalty points on one-off events, like in the month of the customer’s birthday or the first purchase, seasonal loyalty events, such as Valentine’s Day or International Women’s Day.
Registration
Registration to the club can be done in several ways. Billa added that the easiest way is to download the application to a mobile device, register online and then take advantage of the benefits and be aware of what news the club brings.
On the billa.cz website, those interested in registration, as well as new members, can find all conditions and information regarding the club feature.
The option to register on a printed form is also available.
