Another recognition for Borsodi Brewery’s good workplace practices

In 2025, Borsodi Brewery again won the Fair Workplace Award established by the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and Ernst&Young Hungary with an excellent rating.

In the competition, which was announced for the second year, the professional jury evaluated the companies based on objective criteria such as the ratio of women to men in the organization, gender pay equality, ESG and SDG initiatives or the existence of alternative forms of employment.

We believe that our colleagues and future Borsodi employees can only truly fulfill themselves when they can be themselves at work – regardless of age, gender, marital status or physical abilities. That is why we are constantly working to become an even more open and inclusive workplace”

– said Zsanett Zsadányi-Nagy, HR Director of Borsodi Brewery, in connection with winning the award, adding that winning the Fair Workplace Award is not only feedback, but also motivation. On the one hand, it is confirmation that the conscious development of corporate culture creates value for employees, partners and the community, and on the other hand, it also points out areas where Borsodi Brewery still needs to take further steps in the interests of equality, an inclusive environment and employee satisfaction.
