New managers to support Westend’s visitor and tenant business
New managers have arrived at one of Budapest’s most iconic real estate complexes. András Karácsonyyi joined the Westend team as the head of the tenant business and Stefánia Csordás as the head of the visitor business in order to strengthen the building’s unique opportunities.
András Karácsonyi has nearly 20 years of professional experience in real estate leasing. Between 2010 and 2018, he participated in and then managed the Westend leasing business. After that, he worked for international companies such as the Hungarian representation of Multi Corporation (Allee) and CPI Property Group. In the course of his work, he was responsible for the long-term leasing strategy and sustainability, participated in the development and management of annual leasing plans and budgets, and contributed to the implementation of acquisition proposals and other leasing activities. By returning to the Westend team, as the head of the tenant business, he is responsible for the development of Westend’s rental strategy, building and managing tenant relations.
