New leader at the head of Hungaropharma Zrt
Judit Füzesi was appointed head of the market-leading, Hungarian-owned pharmaceutical wholesale company, Hungaropharma Zrt. The specialist will hold the position of CEO from January 1, 2024. The goal of the future CEO, who has thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, is for the company, which is considered a bastion of supply security in Hungary, to further strengthen its positions in the private pharmacy and hospital segment.
Judit Füzesi has been working as a senior manager in the domestic pharmaceutical trade sector for nearly thirty years, and has thus actively shaped its development from the very beginning. The expert with a degree in economics previously also led Bellis Gyógyszerkerkesdelmi Rt and the Hungarian representative office of ICN-Valeant Pharma. He came to Hungaropharma in 2011, first holding the position of deputy general manager of sales and marketing, and in the last year he took part in the management of the company as deputy general manager.
“It is a great honor to represent the largest domestic pharmaceutical wholesaler as CEO. I am aware of the responsibility that comes with this position, as we not only supply preparations to the more than two thousand domestic pharmacies and hospitals, but through them we bring the possibility of healing and health preservation to nearly ten million Hungarians.”
– said Judit Füzesi.
