In order to protect excellent industrial and handicraft products, local and regional leaders are calling for the creation of a new EU label, agrarszektor.hu wrote.
New EU label could strengthen protection for local products
Following the model of food geographical indications, the new system will help combat counterfeiting, protect jobs and products that are part of Europe’s cultural heritage. In addition, the coronavirus pandemic has now focused even more on local products. (agrarszektor.hu)
