Árukereső has a new owner
South African Naspers gained majority ownership in Hungary's largest consultant shopping portal ’Árukereső’. The 2004 founded Árukereső became Hungary’s market-leading price-comparison site.
Under the agreement, the online shopping guide will be part of Allegro, which is the Central European group of Naspers, beside TeszVesz and Vatera internet auction sites.
The Árukereső will continue on its own name, without changing the characteristics of the site. The website operating company is operating similar services in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Romania and Turkey – reports Piac & Profit.
