New owner at Naturland

The company previously was belonging to the interest of Szabó József, was acquired by the NV Holding Company.

The company owned by Nyíri Viktor will buy the part of Naturland in two steps. The first, 30 percent share will obtained with capital increase  the other, a similar large part will be purchased. Beside the majority ownership, the Management Rights will also belong to the new owner. The Naturland Hungary last year, reached 2.7 billion HUF sales revenue and around 400 million HUF operating profit – reports Index.
