Marneváll’s new owner
After the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH), it was announced that LDC-Tranzit Zrt. had acquired a 100-percent stake in Marneváll Zrt. Convenience food company Marneváll operates two factories in Hungary, in Debrecen and Törökszentmiklós, employing nearly 200 people. Miklós Szabó, chairman of the board of directors at the LDC-Tranzit group told: Marneváll’s plan is to offer a bigger selection of convenience foods to consumers.
