New organisational structure for ABO Group

ABO group enterprises shall operate in divisions from 1. January 2007. The separate management of the three main profiles (grain trade, milling, fodder) will allow a diversified approach to be used, the better utilisation of capacity and market shares to be increased. Divisions will be headed by directors, like Judit Bálint for the Trade Division, Mihály Vida for the Mix division and Zsolt Antal for the Mix division. The management of ABO Holding has also been restructured with the appointment of an operative and a financial deputy general director.
