New award for young executives

The Young Executives Academy organised its ‘Young executive of the year – 2015’ award programme for the first time. Annamária Tóth, the head of academy operator Coaching Team told our magazine that those managers can enter the competition (with their presentations) until the end of September who are younger than 35, have at least 1 year of managerial experience and lead teams with at least 5 members every day. A jury of experts wild decide who are those executives who are successful not only as individuals, but who also keep making progress in the field of leadership.
