McDonald’s expands McDelivery with new partnership
The fast-food giant is offering on-demand delivery from DoorDash at thousands of stores across the country.
Following a successful 200-restaurant pilot launched in July 2019 in Houston, McDonald’s will offer DoorDash as an option for its McDelivery online and mobile delivery service. Launched in partnership with UberEats in 2017, McDelivery will now be available in more than 10,000 restaurants across all 50 states, including locations in small- and mid-sized cities. McDonald’s expects McDelivery to be a $4 billion business for both corporate and franchise restaurants globally in 2019.
Customers will be able to place their McDonald’s orders through the DoorDash mobile app or website.
