New tender for the expansion of the Castle Bath of Gyula
The city of Gyula issued a new procurement procedure for the development of the Castle Bath majority-owned by the town of Gyula, because the last offer of the previous tender was 750 million HUF more than planned – said Görgényi Ernő, mayor of the city (Fidesz) to MTI on Tuesday.
The Mayor told: Gyula previously expected a 1.25 billion HUF application support, which could have provided the additional, similar-sized own-contribution. But even the cheapest offer was 750 million HUF higher than the total of 2.5 billion proposal. The town and the Castle Bath Ltd. had to provide the missing 750 million, but both the budget of the spa and the city did not allow it – reports MTI.
