A new method can speed up the identification of crop defects caused by fungal infections

One such advanced method is hyperspectral imaging, the application of which was also investigated by Parrag Viktória, a doctoral candidate at the Doctoral School of Food Sciences of Szent István University, in the case of champignons, watermelons and ground corn.
