New mobile app at Rossmann
Rossmann has raised the users’ online shopping experience to a new level: the drug store network’s mobile application has been renewed in both design and content. The changes have improved the user experience, customers can access all functions more simply and faster than before and can order products with a few clicks using their phone.
From the first of June, Rossmann is waiting for online customers with a renewed mobile application, the interface accessible from the phone has changed both in terms of functionality and design.
“As a technological innovation, the previous Native development, which worked separately for Android and iOS, was replaced by Cross Platform development. The essence of this is that there is common development code for all platforms, which simplifies the process and the release time of new features is also faster.”
Ádám Fürjes, head of the Rossmann Magyarország webshop, revealed.
“The purpose of the new application is to raise the online shopping experience of users to a new level and to support them even more in store shopping. An important aspect of the design was that all important functions, such as the product finder, the Rossmann card, my coupons, the store finder, or the discount magazine, were available from the home page. The home page is personalized, everyone can see their own spending and coupons, and it also differs in functionality. Those who live in Budapest and the agglomeration, or who request products delivered there, also see, for example, the nearest delivery option, which is within five hours in this area.”
Fürjes added.
The new design and user interface make the use of the application even more intuitive and easier to use, with the help of the home screen that can be customized to the profile, the customer can immediately access the most important things for him.
