The pandemic is forcing the malls to find new solutions
However, this year also demands new solutions from shopping malls, as customers need to be addressed with unique, pandemic-proof solutions. According to Pintyőke Marcell, head of marketing at Indotek Group, which operates 24 malls, shopping malls will have more responsibility in the Christmas mood this year, so they don’t want to leave any of the usual programs during this year’s holidays.
