New McDonald’s uniform
McDonald’s has a new sustainability-related project: introducing a new eco-friendly uniform in its US restaurants.

The new uniform is made using special technology called CiClo, which allows the biodegradation of polyester. Polyester uniforms release microplastic fibres during manufacture and washing, which often end up in our oceans or other natural ecosystems. CiClo technology is a patented textile ingredient added to conventional polyester. //
