New marketing book: Value Creation 4.0
Akadémiai Kiadó has published the new book of the famous marketing expert Gábor Rekettye. The book’s title is Értékteremtés 4.0 (Value Creation 4.0) and it introduces the challenges, threats and opportunities posed by the period we live in, the so-called fourth industrial revolution. Mr Rekettye explains that in order to be successful, it isn’t enough from a product or service to satisfy the functional needs of consumers any more, even if they do it in an attractive fashion, they must also offer positive shopping experience. The book is richly illustrated and uses 8 case studies to give a practical insight too.//
