Lidl launches new brand in Switzerland to promote domestic products
On 8 May Lidl’s new Qualité Suisse brand debuted in Swiss stores, offering high-quality, locally produced Swiss products at affordable prices. The brand started with around 200 products, but the product line is expected to grow to 500 SKUs by the end of the year. The retailer’s objective is to expand Qualité Suisse into its biggest private label.
