The former McDonald’s restaurants in Russia are opening with a new logo
With a new name, logo and owner, but with essentially unchanged menus, restaurants in Russia that once belonged to the McDonald’s chain will open from Sunday.
The U.S. company, the world’s largest hamburger chain, announced in May that it would sell its restaurants in Russia to one of its local licensees, Alexander Govor, after Russia launched a war against Ukraine. (Pogár Demeter, MTI)
