New types of flour for maintaining health
Per capita grain consumption in Hungary has been stable in recent years, with minor fluctuations, at 87-90 kg/year. there is still a lot of surplus production capacity in this market. Demand for flours which belong in the health segment, like functional and rye products is growing.
