New tasting house promotes the pálinka of Gyula
The new tasting house of the Gyulai Pálinka Manufaktúra was handed over, which will promote Hungarian gastronomy and will show the details of the producing of the Hungarian pálinka, in the scope of an interactive exhibition.
The tasting house is 4-5 minute drive from the city of Gyula. The facility awaits 40 to 45 people with a tasting room and with a product demonstration room.
This year the Gyulai pálinkas won two gold and seven silver medals at the World Spirits Award 2011 ceremony, which is one of the world's most prestigious culinary event – writes origo.
