SimplePay’s new solution organizes the entire service operation in catering establishments into an integrated system, from order taking to payment to administration. The aim of the product introduction is to provide more transparent, efficient and commercially sustainable operations for the sector’s players instead of fragmented, parallel systems and hardware.

The digitalization of the catering industry has undergone significant development in recent years, but in everyday life, many independent systems do not necessarily mean efficiency. Most restaurants, cafes, pubs and event venues use payment solutions and various catering software from separate service providers, which in many cases causes duplicate data entry, the possibility of errors, and difficult-to-transparent multi-player operations.
